Request data deletion
You can ask DDL Labs, Inc., the operator of Vivo, to delete the personal information connected to your participation in our research.

How to make a request
- Contact Vivo on WhatsApp at +1 408-341-9215, preferably from the number you used to participate.
- Tell us that you would like your personal data deleted. If useful, include the study name or approximate dates of participation.
- If you no longer have access to that number, tell us. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Please do not send passwords or identity documents in your first message.
This opens WhatsApp with a suggested message; you still choose whether to send it. Deletion is reviewed by Vivo and is not automatic.
What the request covers
A request can cover your Vivo participant profile, contact details, survey responses, submitted observations, and messages held by Vivo. Tell us if you want to delete only particular information or also stop future invitations.
We will review your request, verify it where needed, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for unresolved rewards, fraud prevention, or legal and accounting obligations. We will explain any applicable limitations.
We may not be able to remove individual contributions from results that have already been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated. Information held independently by WhatsApp, Meta, or another service is governed by that provider’s own policies and request process.
